  Avory (Avery?) married Margaret Reed and they had four children - Sophronie, Alexander, Theodore and Victoria. Avory became blind while quite young and died of a heart atack a few years later. His wife, Margaret, remained on the farm which was run the her son Theodore, for a few more years and later moved to Latimer. She suffered a par alletic stroke and was confined to a wheelchair for several years before she died. She was buried in the Wilmur cemetery.
